BETREENO1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Betreeno. They apply to our website, mobile applications, multiplayer games, purchases, social features, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and age requirements
You may use Betreeno only if you meet the minimum age displayed in the Services, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are permitted to use the Services in your location. We may restrict access by age, location, device, payment method, or account status.
3. Accounts and account security
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You may not impersonate others, transfer accounts, or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting passwords, verification codes, login links, devices, and tokens.
4. The Services and game rules
Betreeno provides multiplayer card-game experiences, tables, social tools, chat, voice features, friends, invitations, statistics, balances, and other features. You agree to follow rules, table limits, timing rules, pricing, instructions, and notices shown in the Services.
We may correct technical errors, duplicate records, improperly credited balances, or results affected by bugs, interrupted processing, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
5. Coins, prices, and purchases
Betreeno may offer coins, balances, packages, subscriptions, or other digital items. Prices, quantities, availability, limits, and permitted uses are shown at the time of purchase and may change.
Payments may be handled by Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, app stores, or other providers shown in the Services. A purchase is complete only after successful confirmation by the relevant provider and Betreeno's systems. Pending, failed, reversed, duplicated, or fraudulent transactions may not be credited or may be corrected.
Except where required by applicable rules or expressly stated in the Services, completed purchases are final. Refund requests may be handled by Betreeno, the payment provider, or the app store through which the purchase was made.
6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
- Do not cheat, collude, manipulate games, exploit bugs, use bots, or unauthorized automation.
- Do not interfere with servers, APIs, authentication, payments, security systems, or other users.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, code, or systems.
- Do not use abusive, threatening, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or harassing content.
- Do not spam, scam, solicit credentials, share malicious links, or impersonate staff.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the Services without permission.
7. User content, chat, and moderation
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Betreeno a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and moderate it as necessary to provide and protect the Services.
We may filter, hide, restrict, remove, retain, or disclose content where reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, support, enforcement, or legal compliance.
8. Electronic communications
You consent to receive verification codes, security notices, purchase confirmations, service announcements, support responses, invitations, friend activity, and other electronic communications. You may manage optional notifications through the app or device settings.
9. Third-party services
The Services may depend on payment processors, app stores, cloud providers, SMS and email providers, push-notification services, analytics tools, and external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Intellectual property
Betreeno and its licensors own the Services and related software, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, sounds, interfaces, text, and databases, excluding user content. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
11. Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, interfered with the Services, or exposed Betreeno or users to harm. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.
12. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We may update, test, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. Maintenance, technical problems, internet conditions, third-party outages, device limitations, or security incidents may interrupt access.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any specific game result, ranking, reward, opponent behavior, connection quality, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Betreeno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, goodwill, or access. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid through the Services during the six months before the relevant event or EUR 100, unless a different minimum is required.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Betreeno and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, or content you submit.
16. Complaints and disputes
Before starting formal proceedings, contact support with a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, account details, and supporting information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, business, or regulatory changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
